About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Venture Markets organization in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving relationships with our top retail clients in Iberia and Italy, building optimization strategies, and leveraging cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing book of e-commerce retail businesses
  • Deepen relationships within our partners and coordinate across internal teams
  • Implement new placements, revenue monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Leverage data for upselling and strategic discussions
  • Emphasize the continued benefits of Criteo as a technology and monetization partner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct client relationships in the retail, ecommerce, and/or AdTech industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service leading to revenue growth and long-term partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian would be a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
