Senior Client Relationship Manager, Iberia

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Enterprise Venture Markets organization in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving relationships with our top retail clients in Iberia and Italy, building optimization strategies, and leveraging cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing book of e-commerce retail businesses
- Deepen relationships within our partners and coordinate across internal teams
- Implement new placements, revenue monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Leverage data for upselling and strategic discussions
- Emphasize the continued benefits of Criteo as a technology and monetization partner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct client relationships in the retail, ecommerce, and/or AdTech industry
- Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding customer service leading to revenue growth and long-term partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and Excel skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian would be a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
