About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Country Iberia team, you will be responsible for managing our IT operations and ensuring seamless delivery of services to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with business units in Country Iberia, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive operational management for IT across Country Iberia, overseeing the ecosystem of external vendors and internal teams.
  • Represent Schneider Digital in the country, providing strategic guidance and support to business managers.
  • Coordinate with external partners to deliver digital projects at the local level, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with service level agreements (SLAs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and/or support in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context.
