Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Country Iberia. As a key member of our Schneider Digital team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Business Units in Country Iberia, ensuring operational management for IT across the country, and driving effective support processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with Business Units in Country Iberia, ensuring alignment with Schneider Digital's goals and objectives.
  • Drive effective support processes, coordinating external and internal support teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Manage outsourcing partners in outsourced areas, ensuring high-quality support for Business.
  • Identify trends, improvements, or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape.
  • Report IT results to country/site management, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, knowledge of security and communications networks, and knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.
