Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Country Iberia. As the representative from Schneider Digital, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with all related Business Units in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partner: Become the partner for the Business for all IT related topics in the country, in relation with the processes of projects, services and equipment.
  • Represent Schneider Digital in the country in front of the Business Managers.
  • Manage our delivery Partners for the country.
  • Ability to manage digital projects at local level, with the needed digital partners and business stakeholders.
Operations
  • Drive effective support process, coordinating external and internal support teams.
  • Operational service support for local infrastructure and local applications.
  • Managing of outsourcing partners in outsourced area.
  • Ensure the quality of support for Business.
  • Follow up on KPI in line with SLAs and manage escalations when needed.
Requirements
  • Support country / site management to define their IT strategy and define priorities.
  • Understand the business processes evolution and focus the new demand to priority areas with major returns, assuring coherence with strategy and business priorities.
  • Contribute to defining and managing the IT scenarios (business and architectural framework wise) assuming the role of "integrator" between the business and IT issues.
