Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Jpmorganchase. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients as assigned.
- Build depth in relationships by initiating contact and developing a relationship with decision makers.
- Manage the post-sales relationship for strategically significant accounts.
- Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues and requests.
- Share Plans Experience.
- Experience in Relationship Management in global companies.
- Proactive by nature, with a strong ability to go above and beyond to serve as a trusted adviser for your customers.
- Exceptional personal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
- Experience working with Cloud-Based software.
- Project management experience with excellent organizational skills.
- Success-oriented spirit with a focus on customer delight.
- Superior critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
