The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work with us on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. This position is based on a hybrid working model, with 2-3 days a week spent working out of our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily cooperation with a client to provide a mutually profitable, efficient and professional fulfilment service
  • Product development with suppliers to meet client needs
  • Coordination of production to ensure timely delivery
  • Budget forecasting to ensure financial stability
Requirements
  • Client Services management experience in a busy corporate environment
  • POS/Print experience
  • Experience of blue chip compliance environment
  • Complex incident reporting and complaint management
  • Relevant Topic Graduate
  • Polished professional communication and presentation skills
  • Bi-lingual Language skills – required language & English
  • Knowledge about PSP/Permanent display
  • Premiums/gadgets global business understanding capabilities
  • Knowledge about premiums products, printing technologies, vouchers, lotteries
  • Brief reception, questioning and production capabilities
  • Understanding the suppliers (premiums) capabilities
  • Excellent client facing relationship management
  • Excellent team working
  • Excel skills
  • Project management
