Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Country Iberia. As a key member of our Schneider Digital group, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Business Units in Country Iberia and ensuring operational management for IT across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Units to become the go-to expert for all IT-related topics in Country Iberia.
  • Represent Schneider Digital in Country Iberia, building strong relationships with Business Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of digital partners and business stakeholders to drive effective support processes and operational service support for local infrastructure and applications.
  • Identify trends, improvements, and rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape.
  • Report IT results to country/site management and contribute to defining and managing IT scenarios.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in computer science or IT specialization.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience with systems design, application platforms, security, and communications networks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
