About the Role
As a Client Relationship Specialist at Computershare, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our large revenue-generating client portfolios. Your focus will be on driving a culture of high performance and quality across the team, while ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client actions and deliver resolutions to issues through creative solutions and service excellence, meeting client expectations and satisfaction. Proactively identify and maximize all existing and new revenue opportunities and associated EBITDA. Design, develop and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally. Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings, identifying trends. Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities. Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis. Act as a Trustor Advisor/Thought Leader for Relationship Management within the Company, providing subject matter expertise, education, and upskilling to a range of colleagues. Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions and synergies within the group and wider business.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced, client-focused candidate with significant commercial experience and a solid understanding of financial concepts, ideally within Plans products and regulation. Commercially focused with business acumen and the ability to recognize openings of profitability and how to best deploy these with new and existing clients. Able to drive business development, quickly getting up to speed with the very specialized nature of our product and marketplace. You will be working with numerous stakeholders and resolving conflicting interests when necessary while maintaining the integrity of our product, therefore a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships. Other key skills include: Results orientated/professional best practice approach. Highly analytical. Highly numerate – design costing plans and models. Solid experience of Risk Management.
