We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Associate to join our team at GLG.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional to take on a challenging role that involves building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service. As a Senior Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with experience in account management, customer success, relationship management, and recruitment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, including recruiting new senior industry experts, executing time-sensitive projects, and maintaining accountability and responsibility for client projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through daily interaction and regular updates.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to program virtual and live content events, and contribute to GLG's Social Impact Partners Programme.
  • Work closely with the Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users and how to engage them in order to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills, with a proven track record of success in account management, customer success, relationship management, and recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree, or above.
  • Full business proficiency in English.

  • Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
