Job Summary

The Senior Client Solutions Associate role sits within our EMEA Corporate Markets team, based in London. This position involves delivering projects to clients, building relationships with council members, and working with senior colleagues to drive business growth and impact.

About the Role

As a Senior Client Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts to grow GLG's network
  • Executing time-sensitive projects for clients working within a specialised team focused on the Life Sciences industry
  • Leveraging GLG's network to match council members with clients based on their needs
  • Daily interaction with GLG's experts to qualify profiles and ensure exact fit for client projects
  • Maintaining accountability and responsibility for client projects and overall client experience
  • Enhancing your knowledge of clients by building strong relationships with them
  • Working with our Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users and how to engage them to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable client services skills, owning relationships with clients
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Master's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or other Life Sciences-related study
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position post-graduation
  • Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages desirable but not essential
Career Progression

After achieving specific qualitative goals, Senior Client Services Associates typically progress to Client Solutions Manager roles, where they are responsible for their own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing management responsibility of other/junior team members.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
