Expert Relationship Manager

At GLG, we are seeking a skilled Expert Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Expert Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our experts and clients.
Responsibilities- Leverage GLG's network to match experts with clients based on their research needs.
- Daily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles and ensure exact fit for client projects.
- Recruit new experts through targeted outreach by phone, email, and other methods.
- Enhance your knowledge of the European credit market and client base.
- Support senior team members on all aspects of client engagement, including researching topics and industries relevant to our clients.
- Drive key stages of project management to deliver value to clients, executing time-sensitive projects within a specialized team.
An ideal candidate will have:
Key Requirements- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High motivation to exceed operational and commercial targets.
- Confidence in making outbound cold calls and various other outreach methods.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritization and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn about financial markets.
- Demonstrated ability to handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree with a 2:1 or higher result.
- Full business proficiency in English; additional European languages desirable but not essential.
