Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to drive growth and lifetime value.
- Evaluate changes in the marketplace, product, and service offerings to define and adjust account strategies.
- Initiate and foster new relationships within existing customers, identifying their needs and managing appropriate services to meet those needs.
- Manage opportunities, cross-solutions, and pipelines, analyzing account potential and tracking opportunities in Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month bookings forecast in Adaptive and achieve existing and add-on bookings quota for assigned customers/squads.
- Identify and capture evolving client needs, collaborate with squads to inform the strategic plan, and engage Squad/Operations Leadership regarding customer escalations/resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or relevant experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering customer value by understanding and mapping customer business strategies and objectives to the design and delivery of optimal solutions.
- Vast client relationship management experience, including demonstrated dedication at senior and C-level customer sponsors.
- Proven ability to think strategically and articulate ideas and plans with professional maturity to participate at senior management level.
