Job Description

At Welocalize, we are seeking a skilled Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-term strategic customer relationships, leveraging our subject matter expertise and service capabilities to create value-based solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to drive growth and lifetime value.
  • Evaluate changes in the marketplace, product, and service offerings to define and adjust account strategies.
  • Initiate and foster new relationships within existing customers, identifying their needs and managing appropriate services to meet those needs.
  • Manage opportunities, cross-solutions, and pipelines, analyzing account potential and tracking opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month bookings forecast in Adaptive and achieve existing and add-on bookings quota for assigned customers/squads.
  • Identify and capture evolving client needs, collaborate with squads to inform the strategic plan, and engage Squad/Operations Leadership regarding customer escalations/resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in a related field, or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer value by understanding and mapping customer business strategies and objectives to the design and delivery of optimal solutions.
  • Vast client relationship management experience, including demonstrated dedication at senior and C-level customer sponsors.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and articulate ideas and plans with professional maturity to participate at senior management level.
