Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona. We are a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and providing unique Customer Relationship experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of €55,000 per year, flexible schedule, home office, health insurance, and certifications plan. Our mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of our customers through 360 solutions that enable business transformation and acceleration using technology and data.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in account management, Salesforce ecosystem, business/technology consulting, project management, digital projects, and international projects. High level of English is required, and other European languages are a plus. The role involves creating and executing strategic sales plans, meeting with clients, maintaining relationships, and offering new ways for customers to derive value from our products/services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and build lasting relationships
  • Maintain the relationship with SF Account Executives
  • Lead the negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on strategy, sales objectives, and customer's digital transformation roadmap
