The role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Loyal Guru, you will be responsible for ensuring our product and service meet the expectations of up to six key accounts. Your daily work will involve leading the onboarding process, training customers on our platform, executing specific actions and campaigns, and delivering monthly follow-ups on key performance indicators (KPIs).
What your background looks like: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS B2B companies. Experience in retail-related companies is a plus, as knowledge of the business is crucial for providing value to customers. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Spanish is also required. You have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field and are skilled in Excel with experience in controlling other analytical tools.
You have a very analytical mindset, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. Our company culture values humility, engagement, and easy-going collaboration. Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
