We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Professional to join our LoungeUp team in Barcelona. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Spanish and French clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow their engagement with our platform.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Cultivate Long-Term Partnerships: Become the dedicated LoungeUp contact for our clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Regularly engage with clients to monitor satisfaction, identify potential issues, and improve their experience.
  • Provide Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and offer personalized support to equip clients to use our platform effectively and confidently.
  • Communicate Product Updates: Inform clients of new features and platform updates, enabling them to maximize the value of our solution.
  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Recognize and propose relevant add-ons and upgrades based on client needs, helping them achieve their goals.

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in French, Spanish, and English (all three languages are required).
  • Proven customer-centric approach, with experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
  • Organized and solution-oriented, with a structured approach to managing tasks and proposing practical solutions.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with an eye for identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

**Benefits**
