Senior Customer Success Professional for Sports Organizations

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients in the sports industry by developing strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support.
Job Description:We're looking for a talented individual who has experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a technology company. You should be an excellent communicator, able to work confidently with a variety of individuals within the sports landscape and become a trusted advisor for your clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong customer relationships- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling additional services- Provide exceptional support and account management- Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets
Requirements:- Experienced in client-facing roles, preferably in a technology company- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work under minimum supervision as some of our managers are located overseas- Fluency in English and French or Italian (any additional languages are a bonus)- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus- Proactive and analytical with a ability to look through metrics that showcase user behavior and engagement- Autonomous and able to work independently
