Welcome to Hudl, a pioneering sports technology company. We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our sports clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of federations, professional clubs, and amateur clubs across various sports. This includes ensuring they get the maximum benefit and higher return on investment (ROI) from their subscription, ultimately leading to renewal and the purchase of additional solutions.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of support and account management. This includes demonstrating our products, educating clients, and carrying out engagement and commercial activities.

You'll work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets by running meetings to understand client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

We're adopting a 70/30 approach, where you'll spend 70% of your working hours in the office and have the option to work remotely for the other 30%. This flexibility is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with various individuals in the sports landscape.
  • Organized and able to handle a high volume of clients while maintaining excellent record-keeping.
  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and French or Italian (any additional languages are a bonus).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Sports industry knowledge, with previous experience in this field.
  • Tech stack familiarity, with knowledge of Salesforce (although training will be provided).
  • Proactive and analytical, with the ability to look through metrics showcasing user behavior and engagement.
