Customer Success Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hudl. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients in the sports industry get the most out of our products and services. This includes developing strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and working towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor for our clients.
- Maximize satisfaction across a group of accounts and work towards achieving renewal targets.
- Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of clients and maintain excellent record keeping.
- Fluency in English and French or Italian (any additional languages are a bonus).
