Senior Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Account Manager to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional support, building strong relationships, and delivering value through our products and services.
As a Transformational Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions to educate customers on product features and best practices.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of our products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical solutions. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding and Training: Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of PTC solutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within PTC, advocating for their needs and requirements to internal teams.
- Value Realization: Work with customers to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) demonstrating the value of PTC solutions.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in the United States. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of PTC's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
