About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic engagement plans with customers to establish trust and drive business growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on service planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement lifecycle phases
  • Monitor and report on business growth and upsell opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Strong project management skills and customer-facing experience
  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent presentation, communication and moderator skills

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
