ROLE DESCRIPTION & SKILLS

As a Seller Partner Manager at SAP, you are the key conductor of a successful Partner Relationship within our Partner Management Hub. Your role extends beyond coordination; you are the main link of partnerships, the pillar of collaboration, and essential to success. Serving as the primary liaison between SAP and our valued partners, you embody SAP's principle of partnership excellence. With a deep understanding of our solutions portfolio and a strong commitment to partner growth, you orchestrate seamless interactions, driving investments and pushing growth initiatives forward.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for revenue generation through permanently assigned Seller Partners, achieving desired revenue and profitability objectives for both Partner and SAP.
  2. Act as a strategic thought leader and orchestrator of the Seller Partner relationship end-to-end, including key engagement activities with all stakeholders.
  3. One face proxy to assigned Partners across the entire Partner lifecycle, to grow the Partner's SAP business and investment into their SAP practice across the SAP solution portfolio.
  4. Responsible for ensuring exceptional Partner experience through Partner engagement with SAP.
  5. Drive a disciplined joint business planning process to expand the Partner's business with SAP, including a multi-year development plan, including market & business development.
  6. Assist Partner in building transformational plans to differentiate themselves in the market and maximize the management & cadences around driving joint CVJ activities with SAP.
  7. Evangelize SAP opportunities (i.e. new product, new solutions area) in financial terms and secure buy-in from Partner to adopt and align to SAP's strategic objectives.
