IESE Business School-Barcelona is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Strategic Marketing Business Partner. This role will play a vital part in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and growing revenue across paid search, paid social, and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Define and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze and report on marketing results to inform future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and growing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Language: English and Spanish are both essential for this role.
