Strategic Partnership Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Leader to drive growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and ANZ regions based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of marketing experience in B2B and/or B2B2C partner-focused marketing, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships that deliver results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing marketing relationships with strategic partners, driving growth through innovative and effective GTM strategies, marketing plans, process efficiencies, and CX improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans using both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Pitch and secure marketing support for Amazon's unique offerings, including Prime Video content, Prime retail promotions, and exclusive events.
- Lead partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and collaborate with internal teams to prepare agendas, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Work closely with internal Marketing Operations and Tech teams and participate in regional business reviews and annual planning processes.
- Partner with Business Development to explore opportunities and set and manage goals in collaboration with Finance for assigned regions and partners.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years marketing experience in B2B and/or B2B2C partner-focused marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to view partners as customers, focusing on their needs and goals, and driving sustained programs for customers that drive measurable business growth.
- Regional business experience in APAC territories, particularly SEA and ANZ.
