Role Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sustained growth and market penetration in the designated work area East of Spain, focusing on the sale of our products and solutions.

This role is part of our Sales Team located in Barcelona and will be fully remote. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop collaborative relationships to grow existing business by differentiating solutions clinically & financially versus the competition.
  • Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long-term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence.
  • Develop and implement marketing plan strategies to ensure the achievement of operating plan goals.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with current and potential customers in the designated territory/market segment, to generate new business for our organization's products.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, clinical analysis, or other related fields.
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent oral and written comprehension of English.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the IVD/hospital sales field and/or in the Laboratory.
  • Knowledge and experience in the IVD market will be highly valued.
