We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at Talent Search People in Barcelona. This role offers the opportunity to combine sales and marketing skills, representing major IT corporations.

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for carrying out B2B business development, building relationships, generating leads, and achieving excellent commercial skills. To excel in this role, you should possess native-level proficiency in German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Arabic, Portuguese, or Spanish, as well as advanced English language skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Technology or IT industry, although eagerness to learn is essential. Experience in telemarketing or as a sales account manager is advantageous but not mandatory. Key attributes include strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation, dynamism, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

A key aspect of this role is adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly interested in business, with a good sense of humor and a fun personality. We value hard work but also prioritize a healthy work-life balance.
