About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for MongoDB, a leading provider of database solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential businesses that would benefit from MongoDB's solutions
- Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and develop a deep understanding of their business needs
- Collaborate with our sales team to qualify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MongoDB's products and solutions
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Deep understanding of database solutions and their applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
