Sales Development Representative

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and sales opportunities for our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and contact potential customers through various sources, including databases, social networks, and events.
* Conduct research to understand the needs and challenges of potential customers and connect them with the appropriate sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and follow-up in our CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads and a clear understanding of goals and priorities.
**Requirements:**
* Previous sales experience (3-5 years), preferably in a lead generation or prospecting role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential customers.
* Strong orientation towards achieving goals and results.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
* Proactive attitude and ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
* Fluency in Spanish and English needed. Portuguese language is a plus.
