Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our international sales team at CloudTalk. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with clients in your designated region and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.
Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our dynamic sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads in your region, contributing to our collective success. You will engage in a consultative sales process, helping prospects identify and understand solutions tailored specifically to their needs.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the go-to expert, educating potential customers on CloudTalk's unique value proposition. You will also qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff and optimized sales pipeline.
We are looking for someone who is driven by targets and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where hitting KPIs is the norm. You should be highly engaged and ready to fully immerse yourself in our innovative, international SaaS scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with our sales and marketing teams to convert inbound leads in your region
- Engage in a consultative sales process to help prospects identify and understand solutions tailored to their needs
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Be the go-to expert, educating potential customers on CloudTalk's unique value proposition

Requirements:
- Prior sales or customer support experience and/or a genuine passion for building a career in sales
- Self-starting attitude, ensuring timely outreach to potential clients, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs
- Customer-centric approach, understanding customer needs and presenting solutions that effectively address their challenges
- Empathetic communicator, fostering trust and rapport with customers, facilitating successful sales interactions
- Resilient and disciplined, thriving in fast-paced, high-volume environments and delivering results efficiently, even under pressure
