**Job Overview**

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts. Develop and nurture relationships with clients to grow their commitment towards reforesting the world with Tree-Nation.

You'll continuously learn and develop strategies for growing your portfolio and increasing sales from your accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including day-to-day contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Maintain current commitments while upselling and cross-selling opportunities to accounts within your portfolio.
  • Minimize account churn by identifying and pursuing prospects among churned clients.
  • Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are achieved.
  • Monitor order flows, address issues, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**

  • Full professional fluency in French; English and any other second language is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B account management, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**What You'll Bring Home**

We estimate an annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
