Strategic Account Manager for Pharmaceutical Operations

Galderma seeks a highly skilled Supply Chain Account Manager to oversee the development and implementation of key account management strategies, focusing on Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) operations.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
About the RoleThis role will involve implementing Key Account & Client Management plans and processes to retain and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and building a CDMO organization, mapping customer journeys, and driving a mindset change within the organization to achieve business results and goals.
The Supply Chain Account Manager will develop an infrastructure to support Request for Quotation (RfQ) and Request for Proposal (RfP) processes within industry standards and lead local stakeholders in the key account management operational model. Additionally, they will interface between customers and our local manufacturing sites, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and performance through continuous improvements throughout the value chain of hospital products.
