Our mission focuses on creating advanced procurement solutions that transform the purchasing experience for enterprises and institutions.

We are in search of an experienced Category Adoption Manager to enhance growth in indirect category expenditure and offer expert guidance on procurement methodologies for our key clients. This position entails working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to devise and implement an effective acquisition sales strategy.

  • Engage clients in comprehensive discovery sessions to propose optimal procurement solutions
  • Surpass new business acquisition objectives
  • Oversee the management of Category Adoption proposals
  • Strategically nurture relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Convey market requirements to internal teams
  • Educate Customer Advisors on category knowledge
  • Collaborate with sales partners to ensure high levels of customer engagement
  • Analyze sales metrics to refine strategy over time
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Several years of professional experience in external Sales and/or Business Development
  • Experience in B2B Solution Sales for Office and/or IT
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior business decision-makers
  • Proficient in pipeline management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickSight, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with sales CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Fluency in multiple languages
