Job Title: Client Relationship Manager at Little Big Connection

In the role of Client Relationship Manager at Little Big Connection, you will oversee a selection of pivotal accounts, fostering their commercial expansion and evolution. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulating a comprehensive account strategy to optimize business unit potential
  • Establishing and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and service providers
  • Tracking project developments and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Aligning client requirements with service provider capabilities
  • Reducing project turnover
  • Guiding clients on effective platform utilization
Collaboration Efforts:
  • Partnering closely with the Little Big Connection ecosystem for mutual advancement
  • Working alongside the Growth team to unlock potential
  • Coordinating with the Customer Success team for streamlined account management
  • Engaging with the Product team to enhance business tool synergies
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree from a prestigious institution or equivalent
  • Previous experience in project and client portfolio oversight
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility and independence
  • Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience in technology or software sectors is beneficial
  • Familiarity with generative AI technologies like ChatGPT is a plus
