The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in sales, business development, and renewal support for the Regional Account Executive, contributing to the team's success through achieving quotas and ensuring customer retention.

In this role, you will apply your customer management, business acumen, and technical expertise to meet the necessary renewal targets for your portfolio. Collaboration with Customer Success and the Account Executive will be essential to ensure renewals are effectively managed and processed. You will also engage in business development activities to build a pipeline for the Regional team and work closely with the Account Executive to secure new clients.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the cybersecurity sector, a consultative approach to engaging with customer stakeholders, and a strong passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships at all levels within the customer organization.
  • Develop technical knowledge related to use cases, technical environments, and Synack solutions.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and facilitate discovery conversations.
  • Expand our enterprise pipeline with a focus on acquiring new clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling within the existing client base.
  • Lead technical discussions and address objections from technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advance the sales process.
  • Partner with the marketing team and the Account Executive to organize industry and partner events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline forecasts in SFDC and Clari.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in junior account management and/or business development within the Cybersecurity or Technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of information security, including best practices, risk management, and industry trends.
  • Ability to identify leads within the existing client base and foster customer growth.
  • A customer-centric mindset and advocacy.
  • Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including in-person and virtual presentations.

€ €120000 Salary is determined by various factors, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position across all US locations. The compensation package may also include equity and benefits.
