Role SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Client Relationship Manager who is enthusiastic about partnering with our advertisers to facilitate effective, data-informed marketing strategies.
In this role, you will oversee and fulfill challenging advertiser objectives and issues to drive revenue and meet financial targets. You will cultivate client relationships, identify and implement revenue-generating initiatives, and enhance your client portfolio.
Moreover, you will utilize Amazon's exclusive data to offer strategic and tailored campaign suggestions that align with your client's business objectives.
This position requires a high level of collaboration, working alongside Creative, Sales, Product, and Retail teams.
The strategic digital expertise of the Senior Client Relationship Manager is essential for unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.
Key Responsibilities- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions.
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service to our clients.
- Retain and expand revenue from existing advertisers.
- Formulate annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
- Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
- Assess KPIs and enhance campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations for both short- and long-term advertising strategies.
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and enhance advertiser satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
- Extensive relevant experience in a client-facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing, sales, and analytics.
- Skilled in addressing challenges that encompass both business and technology.
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving results, including revenue targets, and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation.
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), or search marketing.
