About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Amazon Adapt team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling TV and digital advertising solutions to C-Level executives and their ad agencies, with the goal of successfully growing and scaling advertising revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advertising Revenue Generation: Generate advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Opportunity Identification: Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover opportunities and connect them with value-adding solutions.
  3. Revenue Growth: Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, particularly in the TV and Digital landscape.
  5. Account Strategy: Map account strategies, aligning resources, and uncovering which of our digital, audio, and video products best serve an advertiser's needs.
About the Team

Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps that may occur due to extended leave (parental, medical) and unexpected account transitions. Our team deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted.

As a member of the Amazon Adapt team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of client businesses, experiencing high-velocity exposure to teams across the organization and to clients across different verticals. From day one, Adapt team members must use their experience to earn trust with multiple stakeholders and take command of a new leadership role within a team.

Requirements
  1. Advertising Experience: Extensive years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience.
  2. Video or Digital Media Ad Sales Experience: Significant video or digital media ad sales experience.
  3. Client and Agency Relationships: Experience building client and agency relationships.
  4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Experience closing sales and revenue generation.
  5. Sales CRM Tools: Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Media Advertising Experience: Significant media advertising experience.
  2. Executive-Level Engagement: Experience in executive-level engagement with C-Suite.
