Job Summary:

Amazon Online Spain, S.L. - E16 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving adoption of Amazon's video advertising offerings externally, by articulating the value proposition across all video products (Prime Video Ads, Twitch and Online Video).

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the video advertising landscape and be able to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with agencies and clients directly to negotiate and close video deals, and will be responsible for understanding full funnel media strategies and how to activate across Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth for Amazon's video advertising offerings.
  2. Articulate the value proposition of Amazon's video products to external stakeholders, including agencies and clients.
  3. Negotiate and close video deals with clients and agencies.
  4. Understand full funnel media strategies and how to activate across Amazon.
  5. Develop and execute plans to drive adoption of Amazon's video advertising offerings.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, business, sales and finance to deliver scaled sales strategies and direct customer support.
  7. Partner with LCS and Video GTM to develop narratives that differentiate Amazon Ads unique offerings tied to customer objectives and business outcomes.
  8. Develop product and sales strategies that uniquely position products in the market.
  9. Experience in working in product facing role or working directly with product teams.
  10. Experience selling nascent products and/or services.
  11. Experience dealing with results, metrics and data management and a desire to create and build new processes.
  12. Experience and success in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.
  13. Experience in generating and delivering big ideas that deliver new ad revenue streams.
  14. Demonstrated ability to drive simpler and scaled workflows for internal teams.
  15. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity.
