About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Advertising. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our largest agency customers, accelerating Amazon Advertising revenue, and increasing Amazon Ads tool adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level, and influencers/decision makers within the agency.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
  • Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video-centric solutions.
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.
  • Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
  • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
  • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
Requirements
  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape.
  • Relevant years of B2B sales experience.
  • Prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships, or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company.
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising with a focus on Streaming TV/Linear TV/Video.
  • Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies).
  • Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies.
  • Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning, and Investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue-driving opportunities for mutual success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity, and have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Advanced level of English and Italian.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent MBA.
