About the Role:

As a Senior Agency Development Manager at Amazon Online Spain, S.L., you will play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon-focus ideas to their clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team working to build a world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level, and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency, handling complex discussions.
  • Create and execute cross-team project plans, developing commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video-centric solutions.
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.
  • Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders, driving adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
  • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships, reporting on program and project progress and status consistently and transparently.

Requirements:

  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape.
  • Relevant years of B2B sales experience, prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships, or sales at a major media company.
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising, with a focus on Streaming TV, Linear TV, and Video.
  • Experience in Media Buying or Selling, particularly in Connected TV, Linear TV, and Video Strategies.
  • Established relationships at 'Big 6' Holding Companies or a deep understanding of their operations.
  • Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management, translating business needs into revenue-driving opportunities for mutual success.
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
