Agency Development Manager Role

As a key member of the Amazon Advertising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships with top-tier advertising agencies. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising landscape, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with senior agency executives to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising solutions
  • Develop and execute cross-team project plans to drive revenue growth and agency adoption
  • Collaborate with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships
  • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way

Requirements
  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising Landscape
  • Relevant years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising with focus on Streaming TV/Linear TV/Video
  • Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies)
  • Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies
  • Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning and Investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue driving opportunities for mutual success
  • Thrive in fast paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity and have good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent MBA
