The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity, and have good communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency and handle complex discussions.
- Create and execute cross-team project plans.
- Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video-centric solutions.
- Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events.
- Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders which drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products.
- Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships.
- Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way.
Basic Qualifications:
- A strong business leader with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
- Relevant years of B2B sales experience.
- Prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company.
- Domain expertise in digital advertising with a focus on Streaming TV/Linear TV/Video.
- Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies).
- Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies.
- Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning, and Investment functions), translating their business needs into revenue-driving opportunities for mutual success.
- Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, be adept at dealing with ambiguity, and have good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
- An advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent MBA.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
