About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in expanding our network and enhancing our offerings through strategic partnerships. In this role, you'll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies including affiliate marketing agency.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within consumer products (wellness, beauty, healthcare preferable), exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations. ResponsibilitiesManage affiliate marketing partners: oversee recruiting new affiliates, onboard new partners, liaise with existing affiliates, control partner relevancy to program, set and manage KPIs.Research, develop, and nurture key partner pipelines who can significantly contribute to growth targets.Develop strategies for partnership growth and integration. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to understand brand needs for potential partnerships.Create a systematic approach to partner outreach and relationship management. Oversee partnership performance and alignment with business goals.Effectively pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value partnership agreements that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.Craft comprehensive business cases for potential partnerships and lead high-level negotiations.Maintain ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Salary Range $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience.
