We are a leading travel-tech company, operating in over 220 markets worldwide since 2010. Our mission is to create, distribute, and operate the most convenient travel products.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Global Partnerships Strategist to lead our Agency Networks development and management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will establish and oversee a Center of Expertise dedicated to partnership management, creating tools and standards to maximize partnership value.
**Responsibilities:**
Center of Expertise Creation and Management:
Create and implement strategic initiatives for Agency Networks development and management, monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Research and identify potential partners, building a roadmap for global expansion.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with global partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
Sales and Marketing Activities:
Lead comprehensive sales and marketing efforts to expand cooperation with Agency Networks worldwide.
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, providing guidance and support on partnership management.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor partnership performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide regular reports to senior management on partnership status and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and synergy across business functions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus; relevant experience required.
**Salary Estimate:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
