About the Role

As Global Brand Partnerships Lead for Spain and Portugal, you will oversee the Creative Solutions team, ensuring seamless project management and branded content delivery. Your primary goal is to establish a high-performance team that consistently achieves exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive development and delivery of key brand partnership projects in Spain and Portugal.
  • Lead communication with clients throughout project lifecycles, focusing on delivering outstanding services and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough campaign analysis and translate data into insightful stories.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships Sales team and Creative Strategist to interpret client briefs and develop tailored proposals.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key clients, partners, and influencers.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in brand partnerships or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
