Country Manager Spain Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Weroad's market presence in Spain, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Identify and activate direct, trade, B2B sales channels and partnerships to accelerate growth while respecting brand values.
  • Develop and foster offline community events to become the reference in Spain for millennials.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Understand customer needs, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Ensure customer interactions reflect Weroad's commitment to quality and service excellence.
  • Act as spokesperson in Spain and brand reference for PR.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Spanish Millennials and GenZ targets.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Spanish language and culture.
  • Strong business background and experience in startups and/or the tourism industry.
  • Experience designing and executing a successful GTM strategy in Spain.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
