Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agency Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Advertising. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our agency partnerships.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest agency customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing agency development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agency customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and development through data analysis and market research
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives
  • Providing training and education to agency customers on Amazon Advertising products and services

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the advertising industry and has a strong track record of success in agency development and sales.

Requirements:

  • Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape
  • Relevant years of B2B sales experience
  • Prior experience in agency development, business development, partnerships or sales at a major media company
  • Domain expertise in digital advertising with focus on Streaming TV/Linear TV/Video
  • Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, Linear TV, Video Strategies)
  • Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies
  • Experience in agency stakeholder relationship management (particularly across Strategy, Planning and Investment functions)
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent MBA
