About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Amazon Adapt team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling TV and digital advertising solutions to C-Level executives and their ad agencies, with the goal of growing and scaling advertising revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate advertising revenue via ad agencies and advertisers directly, through objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and connect them with value-adding solutions.
  3. Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers as well as new revenue streams.
  4. Establish and maintain credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, particularly in the TV and digital landscape.
  5. Develop and implement account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio, and video products best serve an advertiser's needs.
About the Team

Amazon Adapt is a program designed to provide coverage solutions for business gaps that may occur due to extended leave or unexpected account transitions. Our team deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted.

As a member of the Amazon Adapt team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of client businesses, gaining high-velocity exposure to teams across the organization and clients across different verticals. You will use your experience to earn trust with multiple stakeholders and take command of a new leadership role within a team.

Requirements
  1. Extensive years of selling advertising or advertising-like services experience.
  2. Significant video or digital media ad sales experience.
  3. Experience building client and agency relationships.
  4. Experience closing sales and revenue generation.
  5. Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Significant media advertising experience.
  2. Experience in executive-level engagement with C-Suite.
