About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Walters People. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital advertising solutions and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and account plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in the digital advertising or e-commerce industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish.
