Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Manager:
  • Assist businesses in launching on our platform, identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and educating them on the advantages of establishing their presence.
  • Foster strong relationships with partner sellers, guiding them in enhancing their business operations.
  • Collaborate with partner sellers on critical management strategies (product selection, conversion rates, international growth, logistics, promotions, advertising, brand management) to optimize their sales across all European marketplaces.
  • Provide training to partner sellers on available tools within the management interface to promote their independence.

Marketplace Strategy Consultant:
  • Communicate value propositions related to our premium service offerings.
  • Manage a portfolio of partner sellers to drive sustainable revenue growth, leveraging a deep understanding of our programs and tools.
  • Analyze seller data to provide actionable insights aimed at maximizing their potential across various modules.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business plans to partner sellers within your portfolio.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and its competitive landscape.

Product Development Manager:
  • Evaluate existing processes to enhance seller experience.
  • Organize local events with partners, overseeing all aspects from identifying small business needs to coordinating marketing efforts to boost attendance.

Educational Content:

Tailor European content to meet local needs, create new materials with partners, and ensure all content adheres to high standards.


Small Business Growth:

Engage with content and events to drive small business growth, identifying high-potential sellers and facilitating their success through personalized journeys.


Category Management:

Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, aiming to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth through timely analysis and action.


About the Team:

Amazon Marketplace operates across various countries, representing diverse teams from Fulfillment to Seller Services, Pricing, and Product Management.

During the conference, you will have the opportunity to connect with professionals from these teams.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, eCommerce, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in eCommerce, Seller or Vendor Management, Account Management, Marketing, or Product Management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Understanding of procurement processes in small and medium enterprises.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through a consultative approach.
