The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in sales, business development, and renewal support for the Regional Account Executive, contributing to the team's success through achieving sales targets and ensuring customer loyalty.

You will apply your expertise in customer management, business acumen, and technical knowledge to meet the renewal goals for your portfolio. Collaborating closely with Customer Success and the Account Executive, you will ensure that renewals are effectively managed and processed. Engaging in business development activities to generate leads for the Regional team and partnering with the Account Executive to secure new clients will be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the cybersecurity sector, a consultative approach to engaging with customer stakeholders, and a strong enthusiasm for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships at all levels within the client organization.
  • Gain technical expertise related to use cases, the technical environment, and Synack solutions.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients and perform discovery calls.
  • Expand our enterprise pipeline with a focus on acquiring new clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling within existing client accounts.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and address concerns with technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to advance the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and the Account Executive to organize industry and partner events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline forecasts in SFDC and Clari.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in junior account management and/or business development within the Cybersecurity or Technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of information security, including best practices, risk management, and industry trends.
  • Ability to identify leads within the existing client base and foster customer growth.
  • A customer-centric mindset and advocacy.
  • Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across functions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in both in-person and virtual presentations.

€ €120000 Salary is determined by various factors, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position across all US locations. The compensation package may also include equity and benefits.
