We are in search of a Senior Client Relationship Manager who possesses a broad understanding of the high-risk industry to become a vital part of our expanding multinational Commercial Team. This role involves managing and cultivating existing partnerships with our elite merchants in the gambling sector, ensuring sustainable business growth and continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and manage a premier portfolio of merchants primarily within the gambling sector.
  • Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, effectively bridging the gap between them.
  • Develop and periodically assess your annual portfolio growth strategy, detailing objectives, plans, and timelines for each merchant.
  • Drive the expansion of your portfolio by exploring new markets and upselling essential payment solutions to support Eron International's growth initiatives.
  • Organize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with your merchants and internal stakeholders, consistently tracking the established goals.
  • Regularly assess and forecast key performance indicators of your portfolio in each market, reporting successes and challenges to your line manager.
  • Evaluate the pricing and costs associated with the merchants in your portfolio to ensure profitability, renegotiating agreements when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional, professional service to your merchants, comprehending their needs and effectively managing their expectations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation contact for your merchants, proactively engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of operational issues.
  • Internalize feedback from merchants to enhance the products and services offered by Eron International.
  • Acquire and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the payment solutions, markets, and services provided by Eron International and its competitors.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new brands or market entries pursued by your merchants, overseeing the entire lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all partners within your portfolio have access to the latest integrations and solutions provided by Eron International.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales/Account Management, with a proven track record of effectively managing top-tier accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the gambling and/or online payments industry.
  • Highly customer-centric, experienced in managing strategic accounts and expanding an existing business portfolio.
  • Proficient in English with strong presentation and communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of effectively coordinating with stakeholders across the organization in an international and multicultural setting.
  • Highly analytical mindset: ability to identify and prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact.
  • Critical thinker with the capability to plan and execute independently.
